Genuity® VT Triple PRO™ Years of product testing and research have led us to Genuity® VT Triple PRO™ Corn, the industry’s first dual mode-of-action above-ground insect protection in corn which is stacked with below-ground insect protection and Roundup Ready 2 Technology™. Two or more insect proteins—expressed in the same plant—prove highly effective against target insects such as corn borers or corn earworm add significant value to Insect Resistance Management (IRM). Genuity® VT Triple PRO™ Corn provides a broader spectrum of insect control against corn earworm, corn borer and fall armyworm, resulting in higher yield potential and better grain quality. YieldGard VT Triple® insect-protected corn combines the insect protection spectrum of YieldGard VT Rootworm/RR2® and YieldGard Corn Borer technologies and provides affective and consistent control of corn borer and rootworm throughout the larval feeding period.
Roundup Ready® Corn 2 contains in-plant tolerance to Roundup® brand herbicides, enabling growers to spray Roundup® brands over the top, from planting through the V8 stage or 30-inch corn height, with excellent crop safety and no yield reduction. Compared to popular conventional corn programs, the Roundup Ready® Corn 2 system costs less, while allowing hybrids to reach their maximum yield potential. While the U.S. regulatory agencies have given full approval to Roundup Ready® Corn 2 for commerce in the U.S. for marketing and consumption as food, food ingredients and feed for livestock, certain regulatory approvals are pending in certain export markets. A wide selection of high-yielding LibertyLink hybrids are available, including all HERCULEX® and Agrisure® CB/LL hybrids, for optimum yield and excellent weed control.
Roundup Ready® Soybeans contain in-plant tolerance to Roundup® brand herbicides, enabling growers to spray labeled brands for Roundup® over the top, from emergence throughout flowering, for superior weed control, excellent crop safety and maximum yield potential. Since they were first introduced several years ago, Roundup Ready® soybeans have shown consistent and reliable performance. Outstanding yields and reduced input costs mean that Roundup Ready® soybeans, used in a Roundup Ready® system, offer growers more profit opportunities than conventional soybeans.
We recommend using Headline Fungicide on corn following corn acres or areas where leaf diseases have been a problem in the past. We use Acceleron® Seed Treatment System on our Genuity® Roundup Ready 2 Yield® Soybeans.
The Grower agrees to direct grain produced from corn containing the Roundup Ready and/or YieldGard trait(s) (including stacks) to appropriate markets as necessary to prevent movement to markets within the European Union (until issuance of final approvals); To implement an Insect Resistance Management program as specified in the applicable YieldGard corn sections of the most recent Technology Use Guide (TUG) and to cooperate and comply with Insect Resistance Management programs. To use Seed containing Monsanto Technologies solely for planting a single commercial crop; Not to supply any Seed containing patent Monsanto Technologies to any other person or entity for planting. Not to save any crop produced from Seed containing patented Monsanto Technologies for crop breeding, research, generation of herbicide registration data, or Seed production (unless Grower has entered into a valid, written production agreement with a licensed seed company).
